Of metal cladding ?

How it works

The metal cladding of your building is transformed into a powerful heat exchanger. Thanks to its dark color, the metal cladding absorbs solar energy and drastically rises in temperature. The aeraulic system then recovers these calories to inject them into the building. The system is invisible from the outside and the installation is identical to the installation of a traditional cladding, the advantages in addition.

The R ‘Booster solution is based on traditional cladding. An electro-galvanized steel plate is glued behind it after reception of the cladding in our workshops and the solution is created. The air then circulates in the channels created by the cladding and heats up on contact with the sheet. This makes it possible to enhance the enormous amount of energy accumulated by the cladding and to offer you an alternative heating solution that drastically reduces your consumption item. The solution also makes it possible to cool the building in summer and to dry your foodstuffs, sewage sludge, cereals, wood, etc.

Heating during winter

During the winter, the sun is low on the horizon and allows an increase in the temperature of the optimal metal siding, regularly reaching temperatures ranging from 56 ° C to 61 ° C. The air injected into the R ‘Booster solution is then reheated, accompanied by disruptors in the cladding for optimum reheating of this air.
The heated air can then be injected into the building in three different ways:

Directly in the building thanks to an aerothermal solution designed for the system
Towards the entrance to an air handling unit (AHU) to preheat the air in the building
And finally to the inlet of one or more heat pumps to increase the production increase coefficient (COP) and achieve optimal efficiency

Cooling during summer

During the summer, the temperature during the night is regularly between 12 and 16°C, with the exception of a few days in the year. The sheet having a low inertia, it is of the same temperature as that of the outside. The system then starts up and injects fresh air into the building, following the same principle as during winter. When employees arrive, the building is cool and the R ‘Booster solution makes it possible to delay the building’s air conditioning.

Drying via wall cladding

All year round, but especially in spring, summer and fall, the hot air collected by the wall of your building can be used to dry cereals, grass, industrial waste, wood, paper. , sludge from wastewater treatment plants.

With 200m² of aerothermal panels, you get air around 52°C at a rate of 16,000m³ / h.

Drying via floor cladding

Thanks to a specific inclination, allowing it to be perpendicular to the sun’s rays, the hot air identified by the aerothermal panel on the ground can be used to dry cereals, grass, industrial waste, wood, paper, etc. sludge from wastewater treatment plants.
With 200m² of aerothermal panels, you get air around 69°C at a rate of 16,000m³ / h
This configuration is optimal for countries located at 35 degrees on either side of the equator, allowing for optimal performance.
It is indeed possible to modify the angle of the aerothermal panels to adapt as well as possible to the latitude of the country, or even to the seasons.
