How does our solution work?

We turn your cladding into a real solar radiator!

Just imagine: in the middle of winter, it's 10°C outside, but in bright sunshine, your metal cladding can heat up to... 72°C. Yes, you read that right: your building is already a mini thermal power plant, you just have to make the most of it.

That's where R'Booster© comes in. Behind your traditional cladding, we install our patented Z Boost© system. The result: channels form, air circulates, heats up on contact with the sheet metal, and is reinjected into your building.

Heating in winter

Recovers solar energy during the day in winter

In winter, with the sun low on the horizon, the temperature of the optimal metal cladding rises, regularly reaching 56°C to 72°C. The air injected into the R' Booster© solution is then reheated, accompanied by disruptors in the cladding for optimal heating of this air.

The heated air can then be injected into the building in three different ways:

  1. Directly in the building thanks to an aerothermal solution designed for the system
  2. To an air handling unit (AHU) for preheating building air
  3. And finally to the input of one or more heat pumps (PAC) to increase the coefficient of production increase (COP) and achieve optimum efficiency.

On summer nights, outside temperatures often drop to between 14 and 20°C. The R'Booster solution is automatically activated as soon as the outside air becomes cooler than the air inside the building. This effectively cools your spaces, reducing indoor temperatures by 3 to 5°C.

Our solution for farmers

A number of tests are currently underway with farmers all over France, on different types of crops. The trials include 100% renewable energy or hybrid (gas + RE) configurations, to assess efficiency over several seasons in real-life conditions.

With 200 m² of R'Booster© aerothermal panels, you can recover warm air at 52°C, with a flow rate of 16,000 m³/h, ideal for drying cereals, grass, wood, paper, sludge or industrial waste. A renewable, high-performance resource, available especially in spring, summer and autumn.

How much energy does the R'Booster© system consume?

The R'Booster© solution is extremely efficient: it can recover up to 45 times more energy than it consumes. For example, for a 1000 m² building, the fan's energy consumption is only around €200 for the entire winter season.

The lifespan of the solution is equivalent to that of the cladding. This means you can benefit from R'Booster's performance for 50 years, according to CSTB recommendations.

What is the impact on air quality?

As soon as the solution is in operation, whether for heating or cooling, it helps to clean the air. It dehumidifies, reduces dust and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and generally cuts airborne pollutants.

Why choose Air Booster solutions rather than photovoltaics?

The two solutions are complementary. In winter, our technology recovers 4 to 8 times more energy than photovoltaics installed on the roof, offering an advantage in terms of energy performance during the cold season.

Does the color of the cladding influence the system's performance?

You are free to choose the color, but we recommend darker shades. This optimizes the system's efficiency.

Is the system noisy?

Our system is silent. The air handling unit (AHU) emits the usual noise of a ventilation system, while the diffusers produce a barely audible noise of around 32 dB.

How powerful is the R'Booster© solution?

In ideal winter conditions, the peak power of the R'Booster solution is 800 Wp/m², i.e. 4 times more powerful than photovoltaics.
