You will join the technical team. You will play a crucial role in the design and sizing of the R' Booster solution, through technical, economic and environmental studies. You'll optimize manufacturing processes in collaboration with the workshop manager, and take part in exciting R&D projects (prototyping, instrumentation, data analysis). You'll work with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions to today's energy and climate challenges.
Your position:
Your Role and Missions :
Innovate and optimize: carry out in-depth technical studies, energy calculations and innovative dimensioning to maximize the performance of the R' Booster solution.
Precise Design: Produce detailed technical drawings and plans (layout, HVAC plans, detail drawings, etc.).
Synergy with Sales: Produce production estimates in direct collaboration with the sales team to ensure the best match between technique and market.
Extensive collaboration: Work closely with technical and sales management, as well as with our partners and subcontractors (cladding companies, HVAC companies, design offices, architects, etc.).
Monitoring and analysis: Take readings, monitor and analyze the performance of installations to guarantee and improve their efficiency.
Technical documentation: Write detailed technical data sheets to document the specifications of the products developed.
Certification: Provide technical assistance with product certification procedures to ensure conformity and quality.
Manufacturing preparation: Assist the workshop manager in setting up product BOMs and organizing manufacturing.
R&D Avant-Garde: Actively participate in the company's R&D work, including prototyping, instrumentation, characterization, data analysis and product optimization.

You are a qualified engineer in the field of climate engineering, energy, thermodynamics
thermodynamics or a related discipline.
You have at least 5 years' experience in HVAC engineering and renewable energies, in a
or design office.
You are familiar with tools such as Autocad, Revit and Rhino;
You use thermal calculation tools such as Pleiades and TRNSYS.
